HOUSE, Inc. wants to help people stay in their homes.

Housing prices and living costs are up; inflation is at 40-year highs. Mortgage rates have risen, adding to the burden. The COVID-19 moratorium on foreclosures and other COVID-related initiatives have or will be expiring. It's no surprise that foreclosure rates in 2022 have jumped.

HOUSE, Inc. wants to help people stay in their homes. If you or someone you know is behind on mortgage payments or in danger of foreclosure, please send us a note at info@houseinc501c3.com. We may be able to help.

Mortgage payments can be a huge burden, especially if you’re already struggling to make ends meet. HOUSE, Inc. is a 501c3 charity whose mission is to help prevent homelessness. We may be able to assist people who are having trouble making their mortgage payments or are in danger of foreclosure.

It is important to contact us as soon as possible if you need help. The earlier we are aware of the situation, the better positioned we will be to assist you in staying in your home and minimizing any future damage to your credit ratings. Foreclosure has a variety of negative consequences. Not only will you lose your house, but foreclosure can also harm your credit score and make it more difficult to obtain a mortgage or other loan in the future.
