  • Michaella Bacotti

    Michaella L Bacotti graduated from Boston College with a bachelor's degree in marketing in 2004. She later earned her MBA in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University in 2021.

    Michaella has visited many places throughout the United States and Europe, collecting valuable data on various marketplaces with distinct communities and cultures along the way. Her strong sense of compassion for those who are less fortunate is what drove her to help establish HOUSE, Inc., where she serves on the Board and acts as the Vice President, providing the organization with her greater than 15 years of marketing expertise.

    HOUSE, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing safe living environments for individuals who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. She is excited to make a significant impact on this issue.

  • Michael J Bacotti Sr

    Michael J. Bacotti Sr. is a graduate of Boston College with a BS in 2001 and later earned his PA degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2008. He served in the Army for almost 14 years as a Medic, Executive Officer, and PA.

    Michael settled in New Hampshire and transitioned to social entrepreneurship. In the summer of 2021, he founded HOUSE Inc., an organization that creates drug and alcohol-free shared housing communities to help prevent homelessness and promote recovery from addiction. He currently serves as their Board Chairperson, President, and Executive Director. His ultimate goal is to help end homelessness across the United States.

  • Martha Giacalone

    Martha Giacalone is a seasoned REALTOR with Better Homes and Gardens, the Masiello Group. She takes great pride in helping her clients find the right home, whether it's in Southern New Hampshire or anywhere else in the state. Martha will go above and beyond to make sure her clients are more than satisfied with their purchase. In February of 2022, Martha was elected to the board of HOUSE, Inc to help make a difference by preventing homelessness. Martha has always felt strongly about the issues surrounding homelessness, and she is dedicated to making a difference.

  • Mark Herron

    Mark Herron is a dedicated physician assistant who has worked in the medical field for over a decade. He earned his undergraduate degree from SUNY Fredonia in biology before completing his physician assistant training at LeMoyne College. Mark served in the United States Air Force for five years as a PA, and now he wants to give back to the community of New Hampshire. He is particularly interested in helping to prevent homelessness by addressing the issues contributing to it. In February 2022, Mark was elected to the HOUSE, Inc. Board of Directors.  Mark also enjoys spending quality time with his loved ones and friends. He likes trail running and bowhunting, and all that allows him to stay in touch with the outdoors.

  • Laura Moll

    Laura Moll is a family practice physician assistant who graduated from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Manchester, NH. She has dedicated her life to assisting others and giving back to the community. Laura is a firm believer in charity and wants to prevent homelessness and assist people who are victims of abuse. She is enthusiastic about collaborating with people of all ages and professions. Laura was elected to HOUSE, Inc.'s board in February 2022 and serves as the organization's Treasurer.

  • Inge H. Thomas

    Inge H. Thomas is a retired educator with a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Her educational experience ranges from teaching high school chemistry at a public high school to creating and running a toddler program in a private Montessori school. She has taught children in multiple states as well as the United Kingdom. Currently, she works as an artist using the mediums of paper (quilling), watercolor painting, and macro photography.
