Make an Impact in 2023: A Call to Donate and Give Back

As the festive season winds down, many of us are ready to set our sights on a new year full of possibilities. Giving back to those less fortunate should be on our list as we look ahead to 2023. Charities across the country rely on generous donations from individuals and organizations, and every contribution makes a difference.

Donations can come in several forms. Of course, people can choose to donate money directly, while others may prefer donating goods or services. Finding a way that works for you and your situation is important. Regardless of the form it takes, donations help bring relief to those who need it the most – whether they live locally or further away.

Charity funds can be utilized in many ways. At HOUSE, Inc., donated money is being allocated to our future recovery residence for women in New Hampshire. While residents will be expected to pay a small rent, HOUSE, Inc. will be covering all utilities and other necessary expenses related to the home and recovery needs - ultimately helping them on their path to success! Also, HOUSE, Inc. has been graciously gifted with clothing and furniture donations that immensely benefit these women with limited means. Not only will these contributions provide them with much-needed aid, but they also serve as a reminder of the caring community we live in - an important lesson to emulate!

With this in mind, start looking ahead to how you’d like to make positive change in 2023: maybe you could dedicate each month this year towards making donations; perhaps you could organize a fundraiser with friends and family; or you might even decide on volunteering your time at an organization close by. No matter how small or large your contribution is at the end of the day – every little bit counts! So let's start giving back and make some serious impact as we move into 2023!
