HOUSE, Inc. closer to opening recovery residence for women
For the past few months, HOUSE, Inc. has worked tirelessly to find a home to lease and operate as a recovery residence for women. After many rejected applications and being outbid numerous times, the organization has finally become one big step closer to making this dream a reality.
MNC Housing, LLC was formed with the express purpose of leasing HOUSE, Inc., a much-needed home to operate. They have agreed to build and lease HOUSE, Inc., a new home in Newport, NH, so the charity can take on its vital work. MNC Housing, LLC will close on a 1.6 acre home site this Friday! Over the next couple of months, land development will take place. Simultaneously, a new two-story single-family home will be modularly built offsite and delivered after about four months!
This is exciting news for the organization and for the women who will soon be able to benefit from these services. Stay tuned for more updates!
